Creator of Design Synthesis™ and a certified Hypnotherapist. Tresa has performed thousands of chart analyses and reads both the mechanics and the emotional patterns beneath them. She leads students into the heart of interpretation and synthesis.
Bea Aybar
Tresa's CMO. Reading a chart and filling a calendar are different skills, and Bea works with students on the brand, marketing, and business strategy behind a full practice.

Is this self-paced or live?
Self-paced. Every lesson is recorded, so you move through the modules on your own schedule and revisit them whenever you need to.
Do I need any Human Design experience?
No. Whether you're brand new or already familiar, Design Synthesis™ teaches the system from the ground up, mechanically, coherently, and in a way that finally makes sense. Many advanced students have said this was the first time Human Design ever clicked.
What if I've struggled to understand Human Design before?
That's exactly why this program exists. Design Synthesis teaches the system mechanically, logically, cohesively, and as one whole design. You'll see how all the pieces connect, and how to explain them with ease.
How will I learn to communicate Human Design clearly to clients?
Human Design loses people when it becomes complicated. You learn how to simplify the mechanics without watering them down: how to structure a reading, what order information should be delivered in, how to translate mechanics into human language, and how to create recognition instead of confusion.
